  • 1/8 cup lemon juice fresh
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste


  1. Slice the tomatoes in half and discard the seeds.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onion, and parsley.
  3. Place the chopped vegetables and parsley into a bowl.
  4. Add in the lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
  5. Mix until combined and serve as desired.
